1. About these terms
NewsNews is run by Kritapas Suwannawin ("we"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What NewsNews is
NewsNews publishes daily summaries, commentary, and short videos about the news. They are generated automatically by AI from published news reports, and they are not reviewed by a person before publication.
3. Accuracy
Automated summaries can contain mistakes, leave things out, or go out of date. Commentary is generated opinion, not fact. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind, including financial, legal, or medical. Check the linked sources before you rely on anything.
4. Sources and ownership
The news reports we summarise belong to their publishers, and each story links to them. The site's design, summaries, commentary, and videos belong to us. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts if you link back to the page. Search engines, feed readers, and AI tools may index and cite our pages with a link. Republishing our content in bulk is not allowed without written permission.
5. Corrections and copyright complaints
If a page is wrong, or you believe it infringes your rights, email [email protected]. Include the page address, what the problem is, and how to reach you. We will review it and correct or remove the content where appropriate.
6. Videos and other platforms
Some pages embed a YouTube player. By watching it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our videos are also posted on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Links to those platforms and to publishers lead to sites we do not control, and their own terms apply.
7. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, try to break its security, or load it in a way that harms access for others. Do not present our content as your own or as written by a person.
8. Availability
We may change, pause, or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice. The site shows advertising. Ads are chosen by Google, not by us, and an ad is not our endorsement of what it promotes.
9. No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
